Bullsbrook Strawberry Farm

The Bullsbrook Starwberry Farm is open from 9.00am – 5.00pm Saturday and Sundays.

Located 263 Old West Road, Bullsbrook

The cost is $10 per tray (approx. 5+ Kgs) that includes admission for 1 person, its a addition $2 per person to pick This is CASH ONLY entry.

Parking is available on the verge just outside of the farm entrance. It is best not to bring your car into the strawberry field as it’s very sandy and you can easily get stuck.

Kien Strawberry Farm

362 Badgerup Rd, Gnangara

Kien strawberry farm is a pick it your self farm, CASH ONLY for the tray which holds 5+ kgs for fresh and juicy strawberrys.

Its opening up its strawberries season this weekend Saturday and Sunday 5th and 6th August, Open from 9.00 – 4.00 pm

There is a small shop out the front of the farm which is called D’Uva’s which they sell a wide range of smallgoods, gourmet olives, cheeses and sweets.

Tips and tracks for strawberry picking with the family

Wear enclosed shoes or be prepared for very dirty feet I defiantly will be wear gumboots.

If you are accompanied by a baby then it may be better to take along a carrier/sling rather than your pram as the sand is very soft and it will be hard to push the pram the through this.

Don’t go wearing your best clothes as you will come away with very grubby, strawberry stained children as the kids love to ate as they pick. I think the dirty you get the best fun you have had.

There are no facilities available so make sure you take along plenty of water. They do however have a portaloo but please bear in mind that there are no baby change facilities.

There is also no shade so make sure you have got your suncream and hats on.

Get you recipe books ready lots of yummy things to make and enjoy, cakes, muffins, healthy shakes, homemade jam, icy poles and maybe a sneaky cocktail.

If you don’t want the hassle of picking your own strawberries but still want the freshness from fresh picked strawberries?? This farm is for you as they have already been picked and ready to take home. Just $10 for seconds tray already to take home and enjoy.

They have a mini café with amazing coffee, gluten free strawberry cheesecakes, muffins and jam.

They also sell frozen strawberries which a perfect way to make healthy shakes.

They also have strawberry icy poles which the kids will love. This is a all round perfect trip for the hole family to enjoy.
