We deliver using Toll Courier and Australia Post, depending on your postcode. Once your orders are despatched, we will email you with a tracking number.

Deliver times are dependent on your postcode but should take approx 2 weeks to metro area’s. During our Sale periods parcels may take longer. These are guidelines and estimates only. SCUBA SWIM is custom made and can take 3-4 weeks.

We will send you an acknowledgement email on successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number.
We would advise you to keep this email safely as you will need your order reference number for any further queries which you may have.
Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your enquiry. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched to you we will send you a confirmation email.
Please contact us if you do wish to confirm your order has come through or you have not receive an acknowledgement email.

Returns and refunds are accepted and issues on a case by case basis. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We can exchange items for another size, providing availability of the size you require and the item has the same value.
Please make sure your swimwear is tried on over your underwear, in the interest of hygiene.
We understand purchasing on-line can be difficult with sizing, please contact us if you wish to discuss the best size for your child or you don’t understand our sizing guide.

We do not do EOFY Sales or Boxing Day Sales anymore. You will find a few last season products on SALE in our Sale album, as we make room for new stock coming in.

• Hand wash separately in cold water
• Drip Dry in shade
• Rinse immediately after use
• Do not leave rolled up while wet
• Do not iron or dry clean
• Do not wring, soak or bleach
• Some colours may fade in sunlight
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces
• Be careful not to wear light coloured clothing over wet swimwear. Some shades may bleed or transfer when wet.
• We recommend that you do not wear your swimsuit in spa baths, as it could cause damage to your swimsuit.
• Some sunscreen lotions may mark or damage swimwear
